Overdraft facility fault

Dear Customers

We have had a billing system error which caused some customer accounts to go overdrawn, meaning that you owed us money, also meaning that your accounts will have stopped working temporarily until you add more call credit. We apologise for this and we are working round the clock to fix this for said customers.

Don’t panic, you don’t owe us anything and we are putting you accounts back in credit by a few pence. However you will be required to top up some call credit if your service is a prepaid geographic number service or paid call divert.

Customers with free of charge call diverts on 08 and 070 numbers are not affected by this fault. Its only prepaid customers!
