International call from other countries is now available on our 084, 087 and 070 numbers
For a long time now DIDcomms (previously known as Open Telecom International) has had trouble with our 084, 087 and 070 numbers not being able to be called from international phone lines. We have had a lot of customer reports about this and our investigations led us back to BT.com. In light of all the evidence, we have found out that BT.com have been rejecting all international calls to our 084, 087 and 070 numbers since 2014.
International calls from other countries re-opened
We have recently been talking with our carriers and the good news is that we have signed a deal allowing international calls on our 084, 087 and 070 numbers. We are working on our other numbers too, but for now the following DIDcomms number ranges have all now got international call access.

If you are experiencing international call access on any of your DIDcomms numbers please report this to us immediately, as we can send the numbers to our carriers and they will work to try and make sure that international call access is opened up.
